1. The project envisages to steer an educational upliftment of competitive, but financially challenged students, irrespective of their religious, racial, caste, sectarian, colour, linguistic identities.

 

2. PSF and IRCT, intends to drive, the change, primarily thru its volunteers and associates, and look for other sponsors around them, with high level of trust, transparency in operations, equal opportunity for all candidates, with tangible results and thus contribute to national development, primarily, and humanity, at large.

 

3. PSF and IRCT  intend to maintain the confidentiality of the candidates, in order to keep the self-esteem of the recipients intact and therefore do not display the images of the selected candidates.
